Corrections are the messages we most want. If something here is out of date, a platform rule has changed, or a claim does not match what the operator now publishes, tell us and we will check it against the primary document and update the page.

Write to [email protected] for corrections and sources, or to [email protected] for anything else. Include a link to the page and, where you can, a link to the document that supports the correction.

What we cannot help with

• Your account. We are not Pocket Option and have no access to any account, balance, position or withdrawal request. Only the operator's own support desk can act on those.
• Trading calls. We publish no signals, run no groups and sell no courses or tools. Anyone using our name to do any of that is not us.
• Reviewing your setup. We cannot tell you whether a rule set works, because that answer comes from your own record over a run of sessions rather than from anyone's opinion.
• Recovering money. We offer no recovery service, and nobody legitimate charges an upfront fee to retrieve lost funds.

We read everything and reply where a reply is useful. Platform terms and payout figures change without notice, so we always suggest confirming anything time-sensitive in your own platform before acting on it. More about the desk on who writes this.
